FREE LISTING

You can add your Vacation Rental Property to our website for FREE for ONE YEAR. Simply select Add a Property link from the left menu and follow our registration process. A random password will be sent to you via email which you will need to use to log in and add your property.

Once in the Owner's Area you will see tabbed options. Select the Add/Edit Properties tab.

There are 6 stages to adding your vacation property.

At each step you can save your input anytime so that no information is lost. You can enter some information today, more later, finalise it another day. Its as easy as that.

When you are ready to proceed you can select the Invoice link which will ask you what membership options you would like.

All our Standard listings are FREE. You just need to click on the Submit for Approval link underneath the property summary on the Add/Edit Properties tab. For FEATURED lisings we do require payment before activation. We can accept payment via Visa or MasterCard and PayPal.

Once payment has been received and your listing reviewed by our editors it will be activated within 24hrs.

FEATURED LISTING

To include your vacation rental property as a FEATURED LISTING for the Home Page, City and State that it is located is just $30 for the year.

When you select to have your property as a Featured listing it will show RANDOMLY on the Home, State and City pages where your property is located. The number of times that your property will show in the Featured listings depends on the number of members who paid for Featured Listings..
